Part 2 of Framer SEO: Keywords
What are Keywords in SEO:
Keywords are specific words or phrases that describe the content of a webpage.
They are strategically chosen to help search engines understand what the page is about and to match it with relevant search queries.
🟩 Follow these while choosing Keywords:
👉 Relevance: Your Keyword should reflect the content of your webpage.
👉 Search Volume: Your Keywords must be frequently used in other search queries.
👉 Competition: Choose Keywords with less competition (Search Volume) to increase the chances of ranking for them.
👉 Long-Tail Keywords: A single-word Keyword is also called a Generic Keyword, which is hard to rank. Longer, more specific Keyword phrases that typically have lower Search Volume but also lower competition increase the chance of getting ranked fast.
🟥 Avoid these while choosing Keywords:
👉 Focusing only on Search Volume without considering the intent behind the Keywords can lead to poor targeting.
👉 Targeting Generic Keywords
👉 Keyword Stuffing: Stuffing too many Keywords unnaturally into your webpage content.
👉 Not having multiple Keywords for a single webpage.
